Cleaning instructions refrigerators:
1. Turn off the cooler.
2. Empty the cooler and immediately check for items past THT.
3. Clean the cooler with soapy water and use mild cleaning products (water + all-purpose cleaner). Avoid using caustic cleaners to prevent damage to the cooler.
4. Check that the drain hole in the back of the cooler is not clogged. Should this be the case, clean it well, this blockage causes water to remain in it and this causes unpleasant odors. Tip: Rinse it well with vinegar, this prevents algae formation and vinegar also absorbs bad odors.
5. When the cooler is completely clean dry it with a clean dry cloth.
6. Fill the cooler according to shelf plan and provide price tags with each product.
Malfunction or failure:

2. Call fault number 010 245 69 00 and select option 2.

For efficient processing, we recommend that you include the RB refrigeration number (e.g.:RB015562) when submitting your request.
They will arrive on site as soon as possible to reap or exchange the refrigeration.
